Gabriel took me on a surprise trip to Asheville, NC for my birthday on October 25. The weather was perfect, and the drive was splendid with the trees in magnificent shades of orange and yellow. We had lunch at one of my favorite spots in Asheville, Creperie Bouchon, and I paid a visit to the newly-renovated Vintage Moon (I blogged about this shop a little while back). The crazy-colorful knit cardigan I'm wearing is vintage, and it's patches remind me a bit of Moonrise Kingdom. My sheer rope-drape blouse is from TJ Maxx, and my boots are by Farylrobin (they gave these lovelies to me on my visit to their headquarters in NYC!). Here's to another year of being alive!
